Does anyone know the value of this piece?

I have an Austin sculpture of a Victorian women and her dog. It is inscribed Austin Prod 1988 and on the other side Alice Heath. Although the colors don't show in the picture, the flowers in the basket are light pink and blue and her belt is light blue

The picture is attached. Any idea and/or guesses as to her value would be appreciated.
