Saw this MillCreek "Soulmates on Craigs list. I think the person wants enough money from it to send there kids to college, buy a second home and retire.

I looked at the add on Craigslist. I wonder who appraised it for $3500 ? I believe the issue price was around $400. I need to find that appraiser, I must have $100,000 worth of Mill Creek.
