Who Are We?

AllSculptures is an online sculpture and decorative art retailer based in North Carolina, USA. Since 2006, we have helped customers find meaningful pieces for homes, gardens, offices, churches, memorial spaces, commercial interiors, and outdoor landscapes.

Our collection is built around the idea that sculpture brings personality, beauty, and presence to a space in a way few other decor pieces can. From peaceful garden statues and flowing fountains to wildlife sculptures, bronze art, Lucite sculptures, figurines, and statement pieces for the home, we offer a wide range of designs for many styles, settings, and occasions.

AllSculptures is the retailer for orders placed through our website. We work with a curated group of artists, brands, manufacturers, distributors, specialty suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ship products to our customers.

Depending on the item ordered, your product may ship from an artist studio, brand distribution center, supplier warehouse, manufacturer warehouse, fulfillment partner, or our North Carolina location. This helps reduce unnecessary handling and allows many items to ship directly from the appropriate source.

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately, arrive on different days, and originate from different fulfillment locations. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Our goal is to make the process of choosing sculpture easier and more transparent. Product pages include available details such as size, material, finish, estimated shipping time, and delivery information whenever available. If you have questions about a product’s dimensions, placement, material, finish, availability, or shipping method, our customer service team is available to help before you order.

Ordering

How to Place an Order Online.

To place an order, add the item or items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. When you are ready to complete your order, open your cart and follow the checkout instructions.

Can I call before I order?

Yes. We understand that many customers prefer to speak with someone before purchasing sculpture, garden statuary, fountains or larger decorative pieces online.

You may place your order securely through our website, and our customer service team is also available by phone if you would like help before ordering. We can answer questions about product size, material, finish, availability, estimated shipping time, freight delivery, placement, or other order details.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible and have your order number available.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet shipped, entered the shipping process, been custom ordered, been special ordered, or been made specifically for you. Custom-made, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.

A restocking fee may apply in certain cases. Please review our Returns page or contact us for more information.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged where required by applicable state and local tax laws. We collect and remit sales tax in North Carolina and in other jurisdictions where we have a legal obligation to do so.

The amount of tax charged, if any, is calculated automatically during checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax rules.

Are international orders subject to duties or import taxes?

Yes. International orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total shown at checkout unless specifically stated.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international orders, remote delivery locations, hard-to-access locations, special delivery services, inside delivery, white glove delivery, reconsignment, storage, redelivery, or other carrier-assessed fees.

If an additional charge is required, we will notify you before the order is processed or before the additional service is arranged.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We can deliver items that are 6" x 6" x 6" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.

How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

Estimated shipping or processing times are shown on individual product pages whenever available. Shipping times vary by item, supplier, size, material, availability, and delivery method.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may also check your order status by logging into your account.

What Company Do You Ship Through?

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, or freight carrier depending on the size, weight, value, packaging requirements, and destination of the item.

Small and medium-sized items typically ship by USPS or UPS. Oversized sculptures, fountains, garden statues, and large decor items may ship by freight carrier.

How Does Freight Delivery Work?

Large or oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight delivery is typically curbside delivery and may require a delivery appointment.

Once your freight shipment is ready for delivery, the freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.

Unless inside delivery or another upgraded service is arranged and paid for in advance, freight deliveries are delivered to the closest accessible curbside delivery point. The driver is not responsible for moving items into your home, business, garage, apartment, garden, backyard, or final placement location.

The customer is responsible for moving the item from the curbside delivery point to its final location.

Are there extra fees for freight deliveries?

Additional freight fees may apply in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Remote or limited-access delivery locations
  • Hard-to-reach addresses
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Storage fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Address changes after shipment
  • Reconsignment fees
  • Inside delivery
  • White glove delivery
  • Liftgate limitations
  • Oversized items requiring special unloading equipment

If special equipment, additional labor, a forklift, or other unloading assistance is required, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for those services unless otherwise agreed in writing before delivery.

What should I do when a freight shipment arrives?

Please inspect the shipment before signing for delivery.

If there is visible damage to the item or packaging, note the damage with the carrier and contact us immediately. If the damage appears severe, you may refuse the shipment and contact us for assistance.

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure the item is undamaged and acceptable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All shipments are insured against damage. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the original item, packaging, box, crate, pallet, and any packing materials. We may request photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage before processing a replacement, claim, or return.

Visible freight damage should be reported immediately. Concealed damage should be reported within 3 business days of delivery when possible. Parcel damage should be reported within 5 business days of delivery when possible.

Will multiple items ship together?

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately, in different boxes, on different days, and from different fulfillment locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

What happens if part of my order is delayed?

Some items may have different processing or shipping times. If one item is delayed, unavailable, discontinued, or backordered, we will notify you by email and provide available options.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We work to keep product availability as accurate as possible, but availability may occasionally change. If an item you ordered is unavailable, discontinued, or unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for the item when possible or cancel the affected item for a refund.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, boxes, documentation, gift boxes, certificates, parts, and accessories when applicable.

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made items
  • Personalized items
  • Special-order items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Individual items over $2,500
  • Items returned damaged
  • Items returned without required packaging
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or altered

Original shipping, delivery, freight, handling, upgraded delivery, international shipping, customs, and carrier-assessed fees are not refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Before returning any item, please contact us for return authorization and return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified damaged or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For large, oversized, or freight-shipped items, return shipping costs can be significant. Please contact us before returning any freight item so we can provide proper instructions.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact customer service with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Please do not ship an item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected in acceptable condition, a refund will typically be issued within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping, delivery, freight, handling, upgraded delivery, and carrier-assessed fees are not refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized by your financial institution. Your account may then be charged within 5 days of authorization or when the order ships, whichever comes first.

For special-order items, made-to-order items, custom items, or products with extended lead times, billing and payment timing may vary. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about billing for an item with an extended lead time.

What is a payment authorization?

A payment authorization is a temporary hold placed by your financial institution to confirm that funds are available. Most financial institutions release temporary holds within a few business days if the transaction is not completed. Since policies vary by financial institution, please contact your bank or card issuer with questions about temporary holds.

AllSculptures is unable to remove bank holds related to payment authorizations.

Product Information

How do I find a specific item?

You can search for an item by entering the product name, keyword, artist name, brand name, category, or product ID in the search box at the top of the website.

You can also browse by category or use available filters such as size, brand, material, style, theme, or product type when available.

Will the product look exactly like the photo?

We work to provide accurate product images and descriptions. Many product photos are provided by artists, brands, manufacturers, or suppliers.

Color, finish, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, browser settings, natural materials, hand-applied finishes, or handcrafted production methods.

Are product dimensions exact?

We work to provide accurate product dimensions whenever available. Product dimensions are often supplied by artists, brands, manufacturers, or suppliers.

Because some products are handcrafted, hand-finished, cast, molded, or made from natural materials, slight variations in dimensions, weight, color, texture, or finish may occur.

If exact sizing is critical for your space, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Electronic gift cards are available for purchase through our website. AllSculptures gift cards are delivered electronically and make a convenient option when you want to give a meaningful gift but prefer to let the recipient choose the sculpture, fountain, statue, or decorative piece that best fits their space.

Credit card information is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store credit card numbers, PIN data, or card security codes.
