How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping is FREE on any size order to a delivery address within the continental USA. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & US territories is additional. 

Shipping outside the USA is available for most items, with cost determined by buyer location. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery - we have no involvement. We do not calculate, collect or include duties/taxes outside the USA in the order total.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

AllSculptures.com is an authorized retailer for all artists and brands sold through our website. Your order may ship directly from the artist's studio, brand distribution center, or the AllSculptures North American distribution center in North Carolina (USA)

How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

Estimated processing time can be viewed on the individual item page. You will receive tracking information to your email once your order ships. You can also view order information and shipping status from your account dashboard.

What Company Do You Ship Through?

We ship with USPS, UPS, or other freight carrier. Our domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service, depending on the size of the piece. Oversized pieces will ship by a freight carrier.

*Large items that are considered oversized will ship via a Freight carrier.  Freight deliveries do require a delivery appointment, which our Freight carrier will coordinate with the recipient. Someone must be at delivery address to sign for the delivery. Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday-Friday. Driver will lower shipment from the end of the truck to the ground via a lift gate.  Driver will not move the items into your home, business or apartment. You will be responsible for moving the shipment to its final destination. 

What Happens With A Freight Carrier Delivery?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders in the continental USA. However, additional shipping fees may apply in certain situations, including but not limited to deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, locations outside standard service zones, or deliveries requiring special handling due to access limitations or other logistical challenges. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Once your order has shipped we will email you the delivery information.

• You will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time, usually 24 hours in advance. A missed call or failure to return a call from the delivery company will result in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay by you the recipient, may result in the accrual of storage and re-delivery fees. If the delivery address is changed after the freight has already been dispatched, carriers may charge a reconsignment fee. You would be responsible for any fees assessed by the freight carrier.

• When your shipment is delivered, the driver will unload the shipment from the truck for curbside delivery via a lift gate. Unless otherwise noted and paid for prior to delivery, the driver will only provide delivery to the closest accessible delivery point to your home or business. The driver will not move items into your home.  If you need additional services such as inside delivery, please let us know at the time of your order. We will provide you with a quote for in-home delivery.

• Oversized items that exceed lift gate size will require specialized equipment or additional assistance for unloading. This may include, but is not limited to, a forklift or extra labor at the delivery site. The customer is solely responsible for arranging and providing any necessary equipment or personnel required to safely unload these items from the delivery truck. Any deliveries that require additional equipment or assistance will be communicated to the customer in advance.

• Upon delivery, if there is any noticeable damage due to delivery and handling, please refuse the package and contact us for a replacement. Please let us know within 3 business days if you find any concealed damage upon delivery.

I Ordered Several Items. Will They Ship All Together?

If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship in different boxes on different days from different fulfillment locations. You will receive an email letting you know which items have shipped.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

All items are shipped insured against damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please retain the original item and packaging. We might ask you send us pictures of the damaged item and packaging prior to processing a return. To get started on your return, please click below.
