How to Place an Order Online.
Place the item(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located on the individual product page. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.
How to Place an Order Over The Phone.
You can call in your order to us in the USA & Canada at 1-800-340-9897. Orders outside the USA can contact us at 336-774-9750. Please have the product ID of the item(s) you would like to order when you call.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel an order or make changes to an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Service. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped or in the shipping process. Items that have been custom-ordered, special-ordered or that are being made specifically for you are non-cancellable. At our discretion a restocking fee might be available for such items. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
We collect 7% sales tax for orders delivered to North Carolina. If the order is delivered outside of North Carolina, we do not collect sales tax.
All international orders (outside the USA) may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments. Payment will be your responsibility to any such entity upon delivery. We do not calculate, collect from you, nor pay this amount on your behalf, and therefore it is not included in the order total shown in our store.
Shipping & Delivery
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Standard shipping is Free for any size order in the continental USA only. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are additional.
Shipping outside the USA is available for most items, with cost determined by buyer location. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are your responsibility upon delivery. We do not calculate, collect from you, nor pay this amount on your behalf, and therefore it is not included in the order total shown in our store.
Where Will My Order Ship From?
AllSculptures is an authorized retailer for all artists and brands sold through our website. Your order may ship directly from the artist's studio, brand distribution center, or the AllSculptures North American distribution center in North Carolina, USA.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We can deliver items that are 6" x 6" x 6" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.
How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?
Estimated ship times can be viewed on the individual item page. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email address you provide at checkout. You can check on the status of your order any time by logging in to your account.
What Company Do You Ship Through?
We ship with USPS, UPS, or freight carrier. Our domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground, or USPS, depending on the size of the piece. Oversized pieces will ship by a freight carrier.
*Large items that are considered oversized will ship via a Freight carrier. Freight does require an appointment for delivery, which our Freight carrier will coordinate with the recipient. Someone must be at delivery address to sign for the delivery. Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday-Friday. Driver will not move the items into your home, business or apartment. You will be responsible for moving the shipment to its final destination.
What Happens With A Freight Carrier Delivery?
Once your order has shipped we will email you the delivery information.
You will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time, usually 24 hours in advance. A missed call or failure to return a call from the delivery company will result in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay by you the recipient, may result in the accrual of storage and re-delivery fees. You would be responsible for any fees accessed by the freight carrier.
When your shipment is delivered, the driver will unload the shipment from the truck for curbside delivery. Unless otherwise noted and paid for prior to delivery, the driver will only provide delivery to the closest accessible delivery point to your home or business. The driver will not move the delivery into your home. If you need any of the additional services such as inside delivery, please let us know at the time of your order. We will provide you with a quote for in-home delivery.
Upon delivery, if there is any noticeable damage due to delivery and handling, please refuse the shipment and contact us for a replacement. Please let us know within 5 business days if you find any concealed damage upon delivery.
I Ordered Several Items. Will They Ship All Together?
If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship in different boxes on different days from different fulfillment locations. You will receive an email letting you know which items have shipped along with tracking information. You can also check tracking and order status via your account dashboard.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
All items are shipped insured against damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please retain the original item and packaging. We might ask you send us pictures of the damaged item and packaging prior to processing a return. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged item. To get started on your return/replacement, please contact Customer Service Damage Dept.
What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
We combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment. If an unexpected delay should occur or if an item is discontinued or no longer available. We will notify you regarding the issue and update you regarding the shipping status.
What is your return policy?
Most orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in original undamaged condition. Must include gift box, documentation and packaging if applicable. We do not take returns on individual items over $2500, custom made, special order, personalized items or items received back damaged. In addition, any delivery ship fees will not be refunded. If you would would like to start a return please contact us. Once we receive your request we will follow up with return instructions.
Once we have received your order back in good condition. A refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued back to you via the original form of payment.
When will my credit card be billed?
Prior to shipping, we have only received a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the first item on the order is shipped. Any special order items or items that have an extended lead time will be charge at the time of shipment or within 30 days of the order placement. Which ever occurs sooner.
Most financial institutions will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or 3-5 business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Art.com will not release pre-authorization holds.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. Many of the product photos are supplied to us from our brand partner and artists. In some cases, the visual representation may be approximate do to different internet browsers and lighting conditions when the photo image was taken. Items that are hand crafted in nature will have some variations.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your site?
AllSculptures is supplied with this information by our brand partners or artist. Due to the hand crafting of some of the products we offer. Variations might very slightly from the posted product dimensions on our site.

Any information provided to fulfill your order is not shared with any third party, person or entity that is not involved with fulfilling your order.
Is Your Site Safe & Secure?We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
