Most orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in original undamaged condition. Must include gift box, documentation and packaging if applicable. We do not take returns on individual items over $2500, custom made, special order, personalized items or items received back damaged. In addition, any delivery ship fees will not be refunded. If you would like to return an order now, please login to your account and enter a return request from your account dashboard. Or, simply Contact Us with your name, order #, and item(s) you wish to return. We will send you full return instructions.
Once we have received your order back in good condition. A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued back to you via the original form of payment.
Unauthorized/misrouted returns and items refused at delivery will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping fees will be deducted from refund.
Storage Fees & Delayed Shipments
In regarde to larger items shipped by freight carrier. You will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time, usually 24 hours in advance. A missed call or failure to return a call from the delivery company will result in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay by you the recipient, may result in the accrual of storage and re-delivery fees. You would be responsible for any fees assessed by the freight carrier. If your order is returned back to us for the inability to deliver. Your refund will be accessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping and storage fees.
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
