Returns
Most orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition and include any gift box, documentation, accessories, and packaging when applicable. We do not accept returns on individual items over $2,500, custom-made items, made-to-order items, special-order items, personalized items, or items received back damaged. Delivery shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like to start a return please contact us. Once we receive your request we will follow up with return instructions.
Items Received Damaged
All items are shipped insured against damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please retain the original item and packaging. We might ask you send us pictures of the damaged item and packaging prior to processing a return. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged item. To get started on your return/replacement, please contact us with details.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned order in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days.
Refused Shipments
Unauthorized/misrouted returns and items refused at delivery will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping fees will be deducted from refund.
Storage Fees & Delayed Shipments
Large or oversized items may ship by freight carrier. The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, often 24 hours in advance. Missed calls, missed delivery appointments, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to the freight carrier may cause delivery delays and may result in storage, re-delivery, return shipping, or other carrier fees.
Customers are responsible for any fees assessed by the freight carrier due to missed appointments, refused delivery, delivery delays caused by the customer, or inability to complete delivery. If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, the refund may be reduced by a 25% restocking fee, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, storage fees, and any carrier-assessed charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, freight scheduling, weather, customs processing, export requirements, international transit, or other circumstances outside of AllSculptures’ control. AllSculptures is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, customs agencies, or shipment processing outside the United States.
Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
